Her recipe for hokey pokey aka cinder toffee as follows!
- 100grams sugar
- 4 Table spoons Golden Syrup
- 1 1/2 tea spoons Bicarbonate of Soda
Heat sugar and syrup add bicarb, stir
Put onto a greased paper and let cool.
Hey ho hokey pokey! yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
